Softing Industrial Automation GmbH has acquired 100% of the shares in DELTA LOGIC Automatisierungstechnik GmbH, based in Schwäbisch Gmünd, effective April 11, 2025. With this acquisition, Softing Industrial strengthens its position as a leading provider of communication solutions for industrial automation and expands its portfolio with powerful products for PC-to-PLC communication.

DELTA LOGIC brings extensive expertise in communication between PC-based systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to Softing Industrial. A particular focus is on software solutions based on OPC UA – the globally leading technology for cross-system data exchange between products from different manufacturers.
