Degree in Economics from FEP. I spent most of my professional life connected to industries, as CEO for six years at Grupo Vidago, specifically at the Mineral Water production and bottling units in Spain, and for the last twenty-five years in the aluminium area, in two transformation industries, one in the production of parts for the automotive sector as CFO, and the other in the production of aluminium ingots as CEO. I’ve been an Auditor, and a Financial Director in a textile company, for periods of less than 2 years. I participated in some M&A processes, one in 2000, with the acquisition of a production unit by the Euralcom Group, another in the acquisition of an industry in 2010 from the Brabant Alucast International Group, another in the sale of two Industries in 2022 to two national investors.
