Tudor Mafteianu

At BCP, Tudor is managing selected client relationships and investment banking projects, across all stages of the transaction life cycle, from deal origination and execution up to closing. Tudor also focuses on key relationships with investors and corporates, as well as the general management of the firm.

Tudor is a financial services professional with Private Equity and Mergers & acquisitions experience across Europe. Held roles with an entrepreneurial investment banking firm (Blu Capital Partners), a large institutional private equity fund in Amsterdam (AlpInvest Partners – The Carlyle Group) and a direct private equity/hybrid debt fund in Paris (ICG).

Striving for excellence, I am a results-oriented and proactive professional with both analytical and communication skills. I gained a broad set of hard skills such as market analysis, financial and strategic analysis, business valuation, project management, transaction execution and due diligence, with the end vision of fulfilling investors’ expectations. In addition, my soft skills encompass teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication.

Tudor graduated from Paris 1 Sorbonne Management School (MSc in Economics, Management & Finance) and in Architecture (BsC from Ecole Nationale Superieure de Paris La Villette). Tudor performed executive training for business valuation with Aswath Damodaran, the ‘Dean of Valuation’.

Specialities: Transaction structuring, business valuation, capital raising, financial and strategic analysis, due diligence.

Prior to BCP, Tudor worked in private/debt investments with global investment firms including AlpInvest Partners (The Carlyle Group) and Rothschild Merchant Banking.

Senior Manager

Dragos Tudose

Dragos has an active involvement within the full investment banking advisory cycle (origination, valuation, structuring, closing) of ongoing transactions – M&A (sell-side / buy-side), equity raising (private equity, venture capital), debt raising (bank debt, private debt)
• Deal origination/business valuation
• Build financial models, teasers, information memoranda
• Coordinate due diligence missions (financial, operational)
• Liaise with external parties (technical consultants, lawyers, tax specialists, financiers)
• Align interests between stakeholders (investors, business sellers, banks)
Internal business affairs: business development, process improvement, project management

Prior to BCP, Dragos joined with an experience of over 12 years in the corporate finance and banking sector with Romania’s EximBank (Romanian Export-Import Bank) and the ERSTE Group (BCR).

Dragos graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, with a MsC in Banking, Corporate Finance and Insurance.

Investment Banking Junior Analyst

Ana Cosniceru

Ana plays a key role in supporting investment banking transactions across the lifecycle, from origination to closing, as well as in the research & data function of BCP.

Prior to BCP, Ana was a GCM Off-Cycle Analyst with Morgan Stanley in London, and performed internships with NatWest Group in London, with Procter and Gamble in Bucharest, as well as with EY and ING Bank in Bucharest.

Ana graduated with a BsC in International Economics from Bocconi University, and performed a summer program in Financial Mathematics with Columbia University.

Investment Banking Senior Analyst

Alexandru Staicu

Alex plays a key role in supporting investment banking transactions across the lifecycle, from origination to closing, as well as in the research & data function of BCP.

Prior to BCP, Alex worked in investment banking advisory at Banca Transilvania Capital Partners (BTCP), the Romanian member of the Oaklins M&A Network, in the FinTech sector with Modex, in diplomacy with The Romanian Embassy in London, as well as in Treasury Finance for Romania’s EximBank (Romanian Export-Import Bank).

Alex graduated with a MsC in Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law from University of Amsterdam – Amsterdam School of Economics, and with a BsC in Finance and Investment Banking from ICMA Centre, part of Henley Business School in London.

Investment Banking Senior Analyst

Teodora Tricorache

Teodora plays a key role in supporting investment banking transactions across the lifecycle, from origination to closing, as well as in the research & data function of BCP.

Prior to BCP, Teodora gained valuable experience as a consultant in Audit and Advisory at Crowe.

Teodora graduated with a BsC in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management – Erasmus University, and is currently pursuing an MsC in Digital Businesses & Innovation at the Faculty of Business Administration in Foreign Languages in Bucharest.

Investment Banking Junior Analyst

Alexandros Dimitriou

Alexandros is supporting BCP’s Senior Analysts for investment banking advisory transactions across the lifecycle, as well as in the research & data function of BCP.

Prior to BCP, Alexandros performed an insights program with Rand Merchant Bank, and the most rigorous and toughest training program of all military training in Cyprus, equivalent to Navy Seals School.

Alexandros holds CFA® Institute Level 1, and a Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) from Athens University of Economics and Business.

Marketing & Operations Analyst

Andrei Dumitru

Andrei oversees BCP’s marketing and operations day-to-day activities, being in charge with the company’s branding, PR and online presence efforts. He is also responsible for reviewing marketing strategies and sourcing potential partners.

Prior to BCP, Andrei worked in Pay Per Click Marketing and in Sales for DWF, Arsis (serving Vodafone) and Zara.

Andrei graduated with a BsC in Marketing from the Faculty of Marketing, University of Bucharest.
