LINKERS advised EMN on its 24th acquisition: SIMELI

The EMN Network acquires 3 new companies: MOREL Building Maintenance, MP REA & SIMELI

EMN is strengthening its presence in the Île-de-France region and Lyon, initiated in 2015 and 2023 respectively, through the acquisitions of MOREL ENTRETIEN IMMEUBLES and MP REA at the end of June and SIMELI at the end of September. These transactions provide EMN's local agencies with a complementary client portfolio generating over €4 million in revenue.

Specialist in condominium and office maintenance

The operational integration of the 3 companies with the EMN network creates locally leading players specializing in maintenance services for office premises and common areas of buildings.

MOREL ENTRETIEN IMMEUBLES, which operates mainly in the maintenance of common areas of buildings in Lyon, is brought closer to the company CNS acquired at the end of 2023.

MP REA primarily serves property management companies in the Ile-de-France region. Its client portfolio is being transferred to UNIVERSEL SERVICE, the Parisian branch of the EMN network specializing in the maintenance of common areas in buildings.

SIMELI, which primarily serves a commercial clientele in the Île-de-France region, has merged with LE NETTOYAGE. This second Parisian entity within the EMN network specializes in the cleaning of commercial premises for private clients.

EMN, a network of local businesses

A family business created in 1998 and taken over in 2006 by Johann Moulin, son of the founders, the EMN network provides cleaning services mainly in the tertiary sector and the common areas of buildings (consolidated turnover of nearly €70 million after these acquisitions).

Originally from Normandy (head office in Cherbourg and agency in Caen) , the EMN network has expanded into the Greater West (Brittany, Loire-Atlantique, Vienne), Ile-de-France and Lyon.

Through the operations carried out, Johann Moulin (President) and Julien Marie (General Manager) of the EMN Group have demonstrated their ability to successfully acquire and integrate companies, enabling them to build a sustainable network of regional agencies close to their clients and offering them quality services.

LINKERS, advisor to the EMN Group for over 10 years

Supported by LINKERS since 2014, EMN consistently pursues an active strategy of seeking external growth opportunities to strengthen its existing operations and expand its territorial network by integrating companies with strong local roots. MOREL Entretien, MP REA, and SIMELI are thus the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th transactions completed by EMN, respectively. Their integration into the EMN network is facilitated by the expertise acquired through these acquisitions.
