Aeternus, our Partner in the Netherlands, assisted the shareholders of Pharma Feed Hygiene Solutions (PFHS), including its subsidiaries Demetris DierGezondheid BV and Freriks BV, with the sale to Animal Health Group. This acquisition enables further joint growth in services related to poultry healthcare ( among others) and the development of a robust supply chain.

Following the acquisition of these holdings, all companies will continue operating under the Animal Health Group banner. This will allow the companies to further strengthen each other and continue to optimally serve the changing and challenging market, both nationally and internationally.

By joining forces, they can contribute their combined knowledge in the field of poultry healthcare and leverage the strength of solid organisations to provide speed and quality, thereby optimising continuity and flexibility.

Aeternus previously assisted PFHS in the buyout of a shareholder. It's gratifying to see that we are trusted to advise entrepreneurs and shareholders on various projects. In this case, we successfully guided the PFHS shareholders, both collectively and individually, through the sale of PFHS.
