TEVAH SYSTEMES becomes the third-largest specialized security distributor in France, reaching consolidated revenue of €65 million.

Founded in 2004 by Philippe Berda and led since 2021 by his son David Berda, TEVAH SYSTEMES is a family-owned business that has grown into a key player in the distribution of electronic security solutions—including video surveillance, access control, alarms, and networking—serving professional installers and integrators.

Linkers, one of the M&A Worldwide Partners in France, advised TEVAH SYSTÈMES on this acquisition.

Thanks to a strong network of partners comprising the most recognized specialized brands in the security sector, the TEVAH Group has experienced sustained growth, averaging over 30% annually over the past decade. Continuing this upward trajectory, the Group recently acquired SERVIACOM, a Lorraine-based company, pushing its revenue to €65 million and enhancing its geographical presence in the Grand Est region. This acquisition complements TEVAH’s footprint across seven locations in mainland France and overseas, including Gennevilliers, Perpignan, Marseille, Bordeaux, Lyon, Lille, and Guadeloupe.

SERVIACOM, which reported revenue of €8 million in 2024, is a well-established player in the Grand Est region, known for its expertise in electronic security distribution. Founded in 1985 by Éric Fauconnier and now managed by his son, Théo Fauconnier, the company is based in Heillecourt, near Nancy, and employs around twenty people. Its shareholders are reinvesting in the TEVAH Group, signaling strong confidence in the shared vision and future of the combined companies.

This strategic acquisition brings significant synergies, both in product offerings and regional coverage. SERVIACOM will benefit from the TEVAH Group’s expertise to accelerate its digital transformation and broaden its product range, while continuing to operate independently and uphold its family-driven values.
