T-2 Prosjekt joins XPartners
XPartners takes another step in its expansion and strengthens its presence in Norway by welcoming T-2 Prosjekt AS to its collaboration platform. Through this acquisition, XPartners expands its offering in project administration and strategic advisory services for the construction and real estate sectors, while T-2 Prosjekt gains the opportunity to grow within a larger context and expand its network.
DHT Corporate Services, our Partner in Norway, advised X Partners in this acquisition.
T-2 Prosjekt is a Norwegian consultancy firm specialising in project administration services. The company holds a strong market position and serves a broad client base, including both public and private sector actors. The team works closely with clients' procurement organisations and consists of around 20 senior project managers who lead projects from early stages to completion, with experience from some of Norway’s most well-known properties. – We are very pleased to welcome T-2 Prosjekt to XPartners. Their extensive experience in leading and managing complex construction projects, particularly within the public sector, complements our current offering and creates new opportunities for collaboration and development. Together, we can contribute to even more successful and sustainable projects, says Sonny Mirborn, Group CEO of XPartners.
Since its inception in 2021, XPartners has built a collaboration platform where engineering consultancy firms can work together to create synergies and drive sustainable societal development. Today, the group consists of approximately 1,250 employees and has an annual revenue of around SEK 2.5 billion.
The business model is based on companies retaining their own brands and entrepreneurial culture while gaining access to resources and expertise within a larger corporate group. – Becoming part of XPartners is a fantastic opportunity for us at T-2 Prosjekt. Through this partnership, we can strengthen our market position, develop our offering, and at the same time maintain our independence and company culture. We look forward to creating even greater value for our customers together with XPartners, says Geir Barton Torsæter, CEO of T-2 Prosjekt.
