Proventus, our M&A Worldwide partner in Ecuador, has successfully advised Zaimella to acquire 100% of Pinula Holdings (PH) shares, a prominent producer and distributor of personal care products across Central America and the Caribbean.

Established in 1995, Zaimella is dedicated to making quality personal care products accessible to all and improving the lives of millions worldwide. 

This strategic acquisition of PH, which operates in nine countries, complements Zaimella's existing operations and reinforces its commitment to delivering high-quality, affordable products to households throughout the region.
