Prodware Group announces the acquisition of Nut Consulting, a Microsoft partner in Spain, recognized as a specialist in the food industry, a sector where technological challenges are numerous.

Specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP, Nut Consulting stands out from its competitors through its technological integration on the production floor, which characterizes Industry 4.0, -  stresses the French IT group.

This merger will enable Prodware to strengthen its market share in Spain, where it employs 320 people, to develop its position in the food industry and to expand its portfolio, in particular its catalogue publishing division.
