Linkers advised Groupe EIF on the acquisition of ACSIO

Linkers, one of our French Partners, is pleased to announce that it has advised Groupe EIF on the acquisition of ACSIO, a French advisory firm specialised in investment financing, innovation grants and energy savings certificates (CEE).

This transaction enables Groupe EIF to strengthen its CapEx and innovation financing activities and further expand its advisory offering in support of corporate investment and energy transition projects.

Linkers acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Groupe EIF throughout the transaction.

Groupe EIF is a well-established European consulting and advisory group, with roots dating back to 1958. The firm specialises in helping organisations improve operational performance through advisory services focused on public, fiscal and para-fiscal schemes, as well as innovation and investment financing. It supports a broad client base, including corporates, social landlords and public entities, across France and internationally. Groupe EIF’s services span:

  • Local taxation and urban planning consulting
  • Financing support for innovation and investment projects
  • Valorisation of energy efficiency initiatives and related advisory services

The group has developed diversified capabilities across advisory and SaaS platforms to help clients manage tax, funding and performance-related challenges.

ACSIO (Acsio Conseil & ACSIO Énergie)

ACSIO is a French specialist advisory group focused on non-dilutive financing solutions for corporates and public bodies. It comprises two complementary businesses:

ACSIO Conseil – an expert firm that helps clients identify, apply for and secure public subsidies and financial aid (national and European) for investment, innovation, growth and development projects. It manages the whole administrative process from research to fund disbursement across sectors and scales.

ACSIO Énergie – a consulting firm dedicated to supporting companies and public entities in their energy transition efforts, especially through the Certificats d’Économie d’Énergie (CEE) framework in France. As a certified market agent for energy suppliers, ACSIO Énergie guides clients through efficiency assessments, eligibility, administrative processes and claims for energy savings incentives.

Together, these businesses have built recognised expertise in helping organisations access funding and optimise the economics of innovation, energy efficiency and investment projects — sectors with high structural growth potential. ACSIO reported around €8 million in revenue and a team of roughly 30 professionals before the acquisition, with a strong market position in both public financing and energy-savings advisory.
