The ESTYA Group acquired SIMIE (€40 million turnover) in particular to strengthen its regional presence by leveraging the company's 18 agencies and around 100 technicians, but also to increase its presence in fire extinguishing and protection, whereas the group had historically been more present in fire detection.

LINKERS, one of the M&A Worldwide Partners in France,  acted as the financial advisor for ESTYA, a prominent French provider of fire safety and electronic security services, during its strategic acquisition of SIMIE Group, a major specialist in fire protection and emergency equipment.
