Ireland-based DreamTec Systems — a provider of advanced telematics and fleet management software, particularly for fuel and food distribution applications — was acquired by FleetGO Group.

Main Capital Partners, a European software investor, backed the buyer.

DreamTec Systems was supported by Focus Capital Partners, the M&A Worldwide Partner in Ireland-

FleetGO’s goal with the acquisition was to strengthen its presence in the UK and Ireland, expanding beyond its established footprint in DACH and Benelux markets.

DreamTec’s telematics technology for fleet and fuel-market specific applications was seen as a complementary fit to FleetGO’s broader logistics and transport management software suite.

DreamTec Systems was founded in 2009 in Ireland and has built a loyal customer base in the UK and Ireland for its fleet telematics and real-time dashboard solutions.

FleetGO Group offers a modular, cloud-based suite for transport, fleet and warehouse management, along with telematics and compliance tools.
