DD Group is delighted to announce the successful acquisition of Trasmore Limited, which trades as Dental Medical Ireland (DMI), a prominent player in the Irish dental market. This strategic move marks a significant milestone for both organisations and reinforces DD’s commitment to growth and innovation. 

The acquisition of DMI brings together the industry expertise of two long– established dental products, equipment, and services providers, offering significant potential for synergies between the two businesses and expert support to their combined customer base.  

DMI is a leading Irish distributor of dental products and equipment, as well as providing related engineering services with a long-standing reputation for excellence. Headquartered in Dublin, the business services over 2,000 customers across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, with a focus on providing a comprehensive range of dental surgery services including consumables, equipment, and engineering support.
