In September 2025, the Normandy-based beverages company Cocorico & Co acquired Brasserie des Deux Amants, a craft brewery located in Val-de-Reuil (Eure, France).

Brasserie des Deux Amants, founded in 2017, produces approximately 5,000 hectoliters of organic beer annually, primarily distributed through cafés, hotels, and restaurants in Normandy and Île-de-France, as well as through organic retail channels.

This acquisition allows Cocorico & Co, known for its organic juices, ciders, and soft drinks, to expand its portfolio into the organic beer segment, reinforcing its regional presence and its commitment to sustainable and locally produced beverages.

The operation reflects a broader trend in the French food and beverage sector, where mid-sized players are consolidating and diversifying through targeted acquisitions of regional, high-quality, and organic brands.
