Georgoudis S.A. – Parthenon, Greece's oldest branded table olive company, has partnered with Spain's Aceitunas Guadalquivir (AG) Olives Group. AG Olives has concluded a strategic equity investment of 50.1% in the share capital of Georgoudis S.A.

Founded in 1897, Georgoudis specializes in premium, specially cultivated olives, employing over 100 workers and collaborating with 500+ producers across Greece. The company aims to triple sales and expand collaborations, particularly with the Halkidiki variety, over the next five years. This partnership will enhance Parthenon's market penetration and production capacity.

For the fiscal year ending June 2024, Georgoudis reported revenues of €15.3 million, EBITDA of €934,482, and net profits of €107,000. The company also installed photovoltaic panels for energy autonomy.

AG Olives, headquartered in Seville, employs over 800 workers and supplies products to more than 60 countries. This partnership strengthens their support for local agricultural communities in Spain, California, and Greece.
