Acture enters the Scandinavian market with the acquisition of Health Group A/S
Acture, a leading Dutch company within well-being and absence management, is taking a major step in its European development with the acquisition of Danish Health Group A/S. The acquisition marks a significant milestone in Acture's growth strategy in Europe, strengthening the company's presence across the continent and providing a solid foundation for further development in Scandinavia.

Acture employs around 600 people and is a strong player in workers' compensation insurance and digital health solutions. In recent years, the company has invested heavily in acquisitions, including four German companies in digital health. With the acquisition of Health Group, Acture takes the next step in its European development.
