ACTIVE M&A Partners, one of the M&A Worldwide Partners in Germany, has advised Formicon, a portfolio company of Triton, on the acquisition of SCHÜTT INGENIEURBAU.

SCHÜTT INGENIEURBAU employs approximately 120 professionals across eight locations and provides services including detailed planning, tendering and contract awarding, construction management, and cost, schedule, and project control. The company has extensive experience in delivering complex projects for public and private clients, including hospitals, theatres, research institutions, and administrative buildings.

The acquisition strengthens Formicon’s position in the integrated planning of complex construction projects and supports its ambition to further expand its nationwide footprint in Germany.

The transaction was led by Active M&A Partners, who served as the exclusive M&A advisors to Formicon. This is the second acquisition completed by Formicon with the support of ACTIVE M&A Partners.
