Following an international bidding process, the assets of PETEC Rust und Brune GmbH, Bochum, have been sold to the highest bidder, two business units of JOWAT Klebstoffe GmbH in Elsteraue and Malaysia. Several international bidders wanted to secure the currently highly sought-after planetary roller extruder technology.
