AlmavivA Group has acquired Magna Sistemas in Brazil

Galapagos Capital, the M&A Worldwide Partner in Brazil, acted as an advisor to the Italian group AlmavivA in the acquisition of 51% of Magna Sistemas S.A. and its subsidiary PyxisinfoTecnologia. Galapagos played a crucial  role in identifying and quantifying the synergies of the transaction.

AlmavivA Group, an Italian company with over 46,000 employees worldwide, is present in more than 79 locations across 13 countries and is Italy's 3rd largest private group.

With a global presence in the technology and IT services sectors, the group offers a portfolio of solutions including App Integration, IoT, Information Security, Cloud, Digitalization, and many other services, catering to both public and private sector clients.

 Magna Sistemas is a company with over 26 years of history, headquartered in São Paulo,  with a workforce of over 1,000 employees.
