Wim Van Cauter and Ilona Stieners recently acquired the Belgian travel agency Caractère.
In the summer of 2018, Wim Van Cauter and Ilona Stieners sold the staffing agency Staffing to Trixxo, after they had acquired the company themselves in a management buyout in 2015. M&A Worldwide also advised in these transactions.
