Guaranty RV, Oregon’s largest RV retailer, has been acquired by Bish’s RV. FOCUS Investment Banking, our Partner in the USA, acted as advisor to the Nill family, the owners and operators of Guaranty RV, in this transaction.
Founded in 1966 by Herb Nill, Guaranty has been named one of North America’s Top Five RV dealers by RV Business magazine. Nill’s famous tagline, “Eggs are cheaper in the country and so are cars, trucks, motorhomes and trailers,” quickly established the dealership among the most successful in the West.
Guaranty owner Shannon Nill said, “Our family believed that Bish’s was the closest match with our culture and the best fit for our organization.
