SP The Art of Training (turnover of €20m) and DOCENDI (turnover of €6m) have merged to become a national leader in transversal skills and expertise.
The merger allows the LEFEBRESARRUT Group (turnover of €600m), the parent company of CSP The Art of Training, to reinforce its position in soft skills development; key competencies for the 21st century both in terms of workforce employability and of company efficacy and performance.
