Service provider Pocos and French company Sewan Groupe are joining forces. With previous acquisitions in Spain, Belgium and Germany, Sewan Groupe is taking the next step in its international expansion with the acquisition of Pocos.
Pocos is a connectivity and telecoms Service Provider based in Son (near Eindhoven). Pocos will become the Dutch entity under the wings of the international Sewan Groupe. Sewan Groupe aims to offer seamless telecom services across Europe and has an acquisition strategy for European expansion.
Having acquired companies in Spain, Belgium and Germany, Pocos is the ideal type of company for Sewan Groupe’s external growth and European expansion strategy. Pocos’ infrastructure and staff will be gradually integrated into Sewan’s European group, creating synergies with the other European entities, especially in neighbouring countries such as Germany and Belgium.
