Dr. Christian Gräfe has joined Active M&A as a new partner. Christian brings extensive experience from his tenure with Henkel’s corporate M&A team, where he successfully managed over 50 transactions. His expertise lies in industrial transactions, particularly within the chemical industry, as well as FMCGs and business services.
Theresa Teuteberg has been appointed as a manager. Theresa boasts substantial M&A experience, having served as a senior associate at EY and as part of Rheinmetall’s M&A team. Her background will be invaluable as we continue to grow and diversify our operations.
Gina Rimke has come on board as an additional analyst. Gina’s fresh perspective and analytical skills will support our efforts in delivering high-quality M&A advisory services.
