Andreas Hermansson
Andreas has previously 10 years experience of in Corporate Finance as a senior consultant in M&A at both PwC and KPMG. He has also been CEO of a medium-sized private equity-owned retail company.
In 2017, Andreas started AHL Partners together with Henrik Lernfelt.

Henrik has more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance as a senior consultant in transaction services at PwC and EY and as a business developer within Kinnevik.
Formerly, he worked as an authorised public accountant having completed the examination of professional competence.

Fredrik has more than 10 years’ experience in Corporate Finance as a senior consultant in M&A, specialized in tech-companies.
Previously, he worked as a management consultant at Accenture.
Fredrik is responsible for AHL Partners’ Stockholm location.

Olof Ragnerius
Olof has more than 10 years’ experience in corporate finance as a senior consultant in transaction services at PwC and he has also worked as director of Corporate Finance at Volvo Cars.
Olof joined AHL Partners in 2022 and he is responsible for financial due diligence.

Jesper Lundgren
For the past two and a half years, Jesper has been employed at AHL Partners, where he has been actively involved in both sell-side and transaction services projects.
Additionally, Jesper brings previous experience from his time living in the US, where he pursued his studies and played ice hockey.

Tobias most recently worked as a management consultant at Deloitte where he mainly worked in the financial sector.
During his studies, Tobias lectured to high school students about finances and saving.
