ACTIVE M&A Experts advises Acture Group on the acquisition of Cologne-based Institut für Managementberatung GmbH & Co.

Acture is the market leader in the provision of social security services in the Netherlands and is responsible, among other things, for processing over EUR 25 billion in wages and salaries (approx. 10% of the total annual wage bill in the Netherlands).
