S&P Mergers and Acquisitions, one of our German Partners, opened a new office in Munich at the beginning of July 2024.
Hereby, the company is strengthening its presence in the region and creating optimal conditions for cooperation with local entrepreneurs and investors.

The new office is located in the heart of Schwabing and the immediate vicinity of Ludwig Maximilian University. The local team consists of Laura Steuernagel (Associate), Claudius Schikora (Partner), Christian Staby (Partner), Peter Steinhoff (Partner) and Axel Steuernagel (Managing Partner). Our Office in Essen will remain our official headquarters. S&P continues to grow it activities also in the Rhine-Ruhr area with 5 new joiners since the end of 2023.
