He graduated in Law at the University of Milan and obtained a two-year master’s degree in Economics at Bocconi University.
Since 2009, he has been a board member and Vice President of Zucchetti Group spa (Z Holding in 2025), where he launched the business of IT services and represents the Group in Confindustria and in various other associations.
Since 2019, he has been Steering Committee of Zucchetti Group.
Since 2018, he has been the Milan chapter Ambassador of Singularity University, supporting companies to embrace exponential technologies to innovate their business models.
From 2014 to 2018, he was a board member of the Bocconi Alumni Association.
From 2003 to 2009, he worked in the business of Outsourcing services, where he held the position of Chief Executive Officer in both FIS and Antex.
From 1996 to 2003, he worked for Ambrosetti in Strategic Consulting, and in 1999, he was appointed a member of the Executive Committee (COMES). In his consultancy experience, he has carried out and guided various national and international projects relating to both the strategic/organisational area and the human resource management and development systems. In particular, between 1999 and 2000, he managed his business from London. From 1986 to 1996, he worked in Human Resources and the Organisation Department of Snamprogetti (ENI group) where he gained several international experiences (England, India, America, Iraq, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, etc.).
