Former (indirect) shareholder of BV Rubberindustrie EBO, Mr van Bommel (76), was looking for a suitable party to guarantee the continuity of the company due to the lack of succession, while VASOM Beheer BV was looking for further expansion of its activities in the field of producing rubber finished products. Mr van Bommel has found an excellent successor in VASOM Beheer BV.
