Roberto Tribuno

Roberto Tribuno graduated in 1988 in Business Economics and obtained a Master’s in International Taxation at Bocconi University, after many years of experience at a European level in Auditing at a large IT multinational, and subsequently, in tax, financial and business
consultancy firms. Having obtained the qualification of Chartered Accountant, in 2006 he began his professional activity at an international level with Bridge Kennedy International and then Euro BKI.
As part of his professional activity, he holds various positions as a consultant, Board Member and Auditor in important Italian and international businesses, professionally assisting International Companies and Groups, Investment Funds and financial companies in M&A and Corporate Finance activities.
Since 1997, he has been professionally involved in the health and social-health business, acquiring a specific expertise at an Italian and European level, actively contributing to the development projects and the management of leading players in this sector at an international
level.
In 2017 he founded the companies Health Invest and the Rodevita Group, with which he undertook several important development, management and M&A activities and projects, mostly in the LTC socio-health business.
