Rodrigo Mejía

Over 22 years of experience in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. Before joining Misti Capital, he held different positions in Credicorp Group, including Head of the Investment Banking team in Peru for Credicorp Capital, Head of the Capital Markets team, and Head of the M&A team, among others. He has led multiple M&A transactions, local and international capital markets transactions, and structured loans for Peru’s main corporate clients.

Eduardo Gómez de la Torre

Over 27 years of experience in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. Before joining Misti Capital, he held different positions in Credicorp Group, including BCP’s Corporate and International Banking Division Manager and Regional Head of the Investment Banking team of Credicorp Capital. He has led hundreds of corporate financings, as well as M&A transactions and capital market issuances. He built the Investment Banking team at Scotiabank Peru and he previously worked in the Investment Banking team at Deutsche Bank in New York.

Darwin Ma

Over 5 years of experience in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. Before joining Misti Capital, he worked as a Senior Analyst in the Structured Loans team of Credicorp Capital in Peru. He participated in transactions for clients in mining, real estate, fishing, and manufacturing, among other sectors. Previously, he worked as an Intern in the Investment Banking team of BTG Pactual and the Equity Research team of BBVA Peru.

Senior Analyst

Alexander Olaya

Over 3 years of experience in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. Before joining Misti Capital, he worked as an Analyst in the Scotiabank Corporate Banking team in Peru. He participated in structured loan transactions in various sectors, such as retail, entertainment, and real estate, among others. Previously, he worked as an Intern in the Corporate Finance team of Transportadora de Gas del Perú.

Claudio Ruiz

Over 1 year of experience in Corporate Finance. Before joining Misti Capital, he worked as a Junior Analyst at Apus Advisors, where he participated in capital raising processes for multiple industries: health and fitness, food and beverages, mining, telecommunications, among others.
Previously, he worked as Intern in the financial planning unit of Sinercorp (Corporación Jeruth).
