Our network of leading members excels through proven skills and experience as well as an impeccable reputation. With some exceptions, we have a country exclusivity policy – we only accept one company to be a member in any given country.

In 2004, we founded M&A Europe, an organization that started with 6 members across Europe. The initial organization has expanded to a leading global network which currently gathers over 40 members in over 40 countries. This is what today is known as M&A Worldwide – The Network for Mergers & Acquisitions.


Through systematic global expansion, our network is now spread over the major continents of the world. We continue to conduct on open door policy with the purpose of gaining further network growth. We still have several important spots around the world that we would like to cover by entering new partnerships with reliable members.


Specifically, here are some examples of the most important focus areas where we seek representation:


  • UAE, Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar in the Middle East
  • Colombia, Peru, Chile, Venezuela in South America
  • South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei and Taiwan in the Far East


Our dynamic network is characterized by its diversified set of professionals with common denominators as our combined interest to do more cross-border deals by offering multi country opportunities to our Clients. If you wish to apply for one of the available representative positions, you must meet the following criteria:


  • Hands-on Experience and Professional Track Record of more than 5 years in M&A.
  • More than 50% of your portfolio should include corporate finance related activities with a strong cross-border orientation.


Our standard procedure is:


  • We send the application form to candidates at their request
  • We analyze thoroughly the application possibly requesting further references and details
  • We invite them to an introductory meeting with one or more members of our Executive Board

All members pay annual dues to the network and new members also pay a joining fee, if accepted.
